Raw Material Incoming Inspection

Raw material incoming inspection process begins with a meticulous evaluation of incoming materials, ensuring they meet our stringent standards and comply with all required specifications—including dimensions, composition, and mechanical properties. In-process Inspection

At Apsis Aerocom, our team of quality inspectors conducts rigorous in-process inspections to monitor and control component quality at every manufacturing stage. Using advanced measurement tools—including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)—we verify critical dimensions, tolerances, and geometric features to uphold the highest standards of precision and reliability.

First Article Inspection (FAI)

A detailed First Article Inspection (FAI) is conducted for every newly manufactured product to verify compliance with all required specifications before transitioning to full-scale production. This thorough evaluation ensures a full understanding of customer requirements and confirms their feasibility by examining critical dimensions, tolerances, surface finishes, and functional characteristics.

Final Inspection

Before delivery, our components undergo a final inspection by our quality assurance team. Utilizing advanced metrology equipment—we meticulously verify critical dimensions, tolerances, and specifications. Functional testing may also be conducted to ensure full compliance with performance requirements, guaranteeing reliability and precision
